Sally’s professional perspective is anchored in a unique foundation: Computer Science. Her early analytical discipline transitioned directly into systems engineering for global businesses—establishing a unique, logic-driven approach to GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance).
With decades of experience, including a distinguished tenure as a Director at PwC, Sally has evaluated and engineered structural governance for organizations across more than 12 countries. She believes that robust governance is not about limiting movement, but establishing the reliable control systems that allow a business to move faster.
She acts as an independent corporate evaluator, standard advisor, and board member—guiding executive teams to bridge operational compliance directly with commercial strategy.
